Clearing Your Browser's Cache

It's important to clear your browser's cache (temporary internet files) periodically to ensure that it loads the most current Realtime Coach™ components. The steps for clearing the cache will depend on which browser you are using.
 
These instructions are meant as a guide, and as internet browser versions change, they might not match your current version. In such a case, consult the Help menu for your browser (if you don't see a menu, try pressing the ALT key to display it).
 
Internet Explorer
 
  • Launch Internet Explorer
  • Click Tools > Delete Browsing History (If you don't see the Tools menu, press the ALT key)
  • Check the box labeled Temporary Internet Files
  • Click Delete
 
Mozilla Firefox
 
  • Launch Firefox
  • Click Tools > Clear Recent History (If you don't see the Tools menu, press the Alt key)
  • In the dropdown labeled Time range to clear, choose Everything
  • If necessary, click the arrow button to expand the Details section
  • Check the box labeled Cache
  • Click Clear Now
 
Google Chrome
 
  • Launch Chrome
  • Click the wrench icon on the right-hand side of the toolbar, and select Options
  • Click Under the Hood on the left
  • Click Clear browsing data
  • In the dropdown box labeled Obliterate the following items from, select the beginning of time
  • Place a checkmark in the checkbox labeled Empty the cache
  • Click Clear browsing data. The dialog box will disappear when the operation is complete
  • Close the Options tab by clicking the X on the right-hand side of the tab
