Updating Payment Information

In order to update your payment information online:
 
  • Log in to www.myrealtimecoach.com
  • Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
  • Select "My Membership" from the drop-down menu
  • Click Credit Card Info
  • Enter your new payment information in the fields provided
 
If your account has already lapsed because of issues with your card, you can re-purchase your membership and Customer Care can update the end date to reflect your original purchase.
