You are committing to a 12-month membership. If after your first 30 days you decide to cancel your membership, your card will be charged for the remaining amount due, if any, on your 12-month membership.
Credit Card Expiration
It is your responsibility to keep your credit card information current. If you are making monthly payments and your credit card will expire before your 12-month membership expires, we will send you an email reminder to update your card. If your card is not updated by one week before the credit card expiration date, your card will be billed for the remaining amount due on your 12-month membership.
Auto-Renewal
For your convenience, memberships are set to auto-renew after the first 12 months. If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal after the initial 12 months, please just send us an e-mail.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your membership within the first 30 days, you will not be obligated to fulfill the one-year commitment. If you joined Realtime Coach™ on a monthly payment plan, you will simply be released from the remaining 11 months of your contract. If you prepaid your one-year membership, you may request a refund equal to the value of the remaining 11 months. In order to cancel your membership, please send us an e-mail, and we will take care of it for you.
