If you are expecting a reply to a support inquiry you've submitted but have not yet received one, there's a good chance our e-mail reply to you was filtered out as junk mail or SPAM by your e-mail service.
We've received several reports from individuals using Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail services that they finally found our e-mail in their Junk folder. Most junk folders auto-purge every few days, so if it's been awhile, it may be gone for good.
To make sure you receive our support e-mail, please do the following:
Monitor your bulk/junk folder periodically if you are expecting an e-mail from us and haven't received one.
If you find an e-mail from us in your bulk/junk folder, mark it as Not Junk in your e-mail account settings.
Add the Realtime Coach™ Customer Care e-mail address to your Contacts list.
If you want to be absolutely sure that we are able to reach you, please e-mail your inquiry with your phone number to Customer Care, and we'll contact you as soon as we can.
