Enter your username and password in the upper-right-hand corner
Click [Login]
Tip: If you're an NCRA member, an account may have already been created for you! Try entering your NCRA member number as your username and the word "welcome" (without quotes) as the password. If that doesn't work, follow our instructions for how to create an account.
For accounts through your school, firm or court:
From your internet browser, go to your organization's Realtime Coach™ login page.
Enter the username and password you were provided by your instructor or administrator
Click [Login]
If you have any questions about where to go to log in or need help, please don't hesitate to contact Customer Care for assistance. Be sure to select "Login Help" as the subject of your inquiry.
Note: The Realtime Coach™ user account system is separate from the NCRA Official Website user account system. This means that your username and password may be different! If your account was created for you, your initial password should be welcome, unless otherwise specified. If you created your own account or have changed your password, use the password you chose.
You should have been provided the address to the Login page when your account was created. Contact your administrator or our Customer Care team if you're unsure of where to go to log into your organization's Realtime Coach™ site.
