Updating Payment Information

In order to update your payment information online:

Log in to www.myrealtimecoach.com.
Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Select "Update Credit Card" from the drop-down menu.
Enter your new payment information in the fields provided.
Click [Update Credit Card Info].

If your account has already lapsed because of issues with your card, you'll need to re-purchase your membership. Don't worry, all of your practice history is still there, so you can pick up right where you left off.
